A few articles to clarify some aspects.
Location is not relevant for videocall.
Being an independent webcam performer and doing my own advertising,i encounter a problem present on several profile sites: location of the cam girl.
The location doesn't really matter.
For those sites it's just a way to make more money from the advertisers,as i have to avertise in several cities to have some visibility.
And curiosity of the customers it's explained by their hope that they can meet those girls,in person.
If i decide that i want to do only videocalls, or written chats, virtual services only and i specify this in my ad,i am still being questioned where i am from, where i am located, where i live.
I am from earth lool. I could be even from another planet,if i have a good quality/high speed internet connection and i don't do meets in person, then why do you still insist that i tell you?!
Fetish of being scammed.
While my first concern is to prove that i am the person in the pictures, other friends who carry out activities like mine use fake, stolen pics from the internet and sometimes they can make much more revenue than i do. Wild, isn't it?
But,the situation is explained by the fact that some persons have a fetish for being tricked. Because i can't believe that they are so stupid that they don't see the difference. But wait..they might not have the ocasion to see the difference. How come?
First, girls show their social media accounts (that are made with those stolen pics) to proove it's them in the pics and if the wisher accepts them as proofs they might want to pay for a short time video call session. After this, girl might say that her internet went down and if he wants her to send some vids instead or to wait for the connection to re establish. Most of them might not wait and then they receive the promissed content(pics and/or vids) that are stolen too.
So they don't have the ocassion to see in a videocall that the girl is not the same with the one in the advertising set.
Situation number 2 is when they receive the call but they still don't see that there is a huge difference between the girls and the pics ,or if they see it ,customers are vehemently contradicted, the girl arguing that the pictures are professional and that's why is a "small" difference.
Some customers know that pics are different but they come back for more in the future thinking that the girl is nice and it's not such a big deal.
In my opinion it's stil a scam. Think at the situation that you see an iphone in the pictures and when you receive the product, the product it's not a genuine phone, but a "look like " one at the price of the original.
Fetish of being scammed. 2
This fetish of being scammed it's part of the findom world.
I remember the confesion of a man who admitted he felt arroused when he was scammed in a situation: he was accomodated in a hotel and booked a call girl(escort) to come to his hotel room for an intimate paid date. She asked him money in advance and she said that she must go and pay the taxi driver and she will come back, but she never did. He admitted that even if this situation annoyed him, paradoxical he felt aroused. And since then he started to be a findom world part.
